Synergy

Our Chapter Passed $##tyfcb## in the past 12 months!

The dictionary tells us that synergy is the potential ability of an entity that is comprised of two or more parts.  But in the simplest terms, it refers to the group dynamic that's achieved when the whole of the group is greater than the sum of the group's individual parts. 

Synergy is not just a corporate buzzword or business cliché.  On the contrary, we consider it a noble pursuit because for a group to achieve synergy, two things must occur:

• First, each individual in the group must continuously demonstrate passion, excitement, commitment, and a sense of camaraderie. 
• Second, the group as a whole must constantly exhibit loyalty, partnership, teamwork, and trust.  

At BNI-Synergy of New Brighton, you'll discover a team of 30+ networking individuals whose collective goal is to grow the businesses of every single one of our members.  We are, of course, very serious about referrals and testimonials, but part of what makes our group special is that we don't take ourselves too seriously.  For many people, networking and public speaking are challenging enough as it is, so if we can't infuse humor and fun, it quickly becomes arduous - and that doesn't help anyone!
